tidy place travel convenience kind receptionist missing utensils extra cost mismatched picture
The location was convenient, right by the rail terminal. The receptionist displayed a kind demeanor. The room maintained a tidy condition.
I found no utensils available for cooking, though the room had a mini kitchen. A standard frying pan cost extra per day and this detail was missing from the description. The room pictures did not match the actual room I received.

The hotel's proximity to the central station suited me well. The room was clean and spacious. A good surprise was the fully equipped kitchen in the room, I could prepare my own meals.
The room only had a single pillow, IT was not enough.

crowded breakfast area constant street noise
The breakfast area was cramped. it was difficult to find a free table. my room faced a busy street. Street noise was constant, especially at night. a better soundproofing is needed.

missing air conditioning outdated shower curtain
I stayed for a few nights. the absence of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm. despite requesting a solution, only a desk fan was offered. It barely alleviated the stuffiness. the bathroom design was also questionable. the small size made movement difficult, and the shower curtain felt outdated.

helpful staff spacious room included kitchen
I found the hotel quite close to the train station. the staff was helpful and kind. the room was spacious. A kitchen was also included, which i found super convenient.
the bathroom was small, a slight inconvenience.

the hotel features an elevator, which i found to be a great help with luggage. there is also a vending machine offering snacks, water, and beer, perfect for a quick refreshment any time of day.
